CONEXPO was an incredible experience for the OilQuick Americas team. There’s nothing quite like seeing innovation in action, and this year’s show gave us the perfect opportunity to do just that through a live, real‑world demonstration of our automatic quick coupler technology.

One of the highlights of the event was partnering with our valued customer, Stutsman Gerbaz Inc. out of Snowmass, Colorado, to showcase how OilQuick transforms the way contractors work. Stutsman Gerbaz went above and beyond, providing not only a CAT 335 excavator equipped with an OilQuick coupler, but also an experienced operator to run the live demo and show attendees just how easy it is to switch between attachments.

Having an operator from Stutsman in the cab made all the difference. Attendees were able to see firsthand how attachment changes are completed quickly and effortlessly, without leaving the cab, reinforcing the simplicity, safety, and efficiency of the OilQuick system.

 A True Live Demo

Every attachment change happened live, performed by the operator using OilQuick’s automatic quick coupler system. Hydraulic connections were made automatically, eliminating manual hose connections, reducing downtime, and keeping operators safe.

All attachments used during the demo were equipped with OQ80 brackets, proving the flexibility and compatibility of the OilQuick system across a wide range of tools and applications.

In addition, AMI Attachments provided buckets that rounded out the demo, further showcasing how OilQuick allows operators to move effortlessly from one task to the next. Rotobec also contributed a RPA Grapple equipped with an OilQuick bracket, displayed as a static piece, to further highlight the versatility and broad attachment compatibility of the OilQuick system across manufacturers and applications.

From demolition and material processing to rock cutting and excavation, one excavator handled it all, seamlessly, thanks to OilQuick.

The ability to switch between attachments in seconds fundamentally changes how contractors approach a jobsite. Instead of dedicating multiple machines to different tasks or losing valuable time to manual attachment changes, OilQuick enables contractors to maximize uptime, increase versatility, and improve overall job efficiency.

Seeing a Stutsman operator confidently move from attachment to attachment during the demo drove that point home, this is technology designed for real jobs, real operators, and real productivity gains.

Stutsman Gerbaz made their first OilQuick investment in 2018. Since then, their commitment to the system has only grown.

Today, they operate 33 OilQuick units.

That level of adoption speaks volumes. It’s a testament not only to the reliability of OilQuick technology, but also to the measurable impact it has on safety, efficiency, and jobsite performance.

OilQuick Americas is a joint venture with Exodus Global and OilQuick AB. OilQuick Americas manufactures the OilQuick Coupler in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Superior, Wisconsin, USA.
